About this Course

Food and Beverage Trucks and Trailers: Frisco Freedom Fest attracts thousands of attendees for Independence Day activities each year, and we invite quality vendors to apply for this 4.5-hour event on July 4. As a food and beverage vendor, you will keep 100% of your food sales, be provided with power, and have access to a pre-pay ice service. Food trucks and trailers receive single truck space plus 10’ for fire code compliance. Due to restrictions we are only allowing trucks and trailers. We no longer will host food tents. The quantity of specific food categories will be limited and vendors meeting event standards will be considered on first-come, first-serve basis. Snow Cone vendors are limited to four (4). Completion of this application does not guarantee booth space. Food and beverage vendors will be required to submit and pay a temporary health permit and must be inspected by the FMO in addition to the application fee. A certificate of liability insurance meeting City of Frisco requirements will be required for all approved vendors no less than two weeks before event. All vendors who have not complied with health permits and insurance by June 20, will be removed from the event and no refunds will be issued. The required orientation meeting for all participating vendors is Thursday, June 19 at the Grove at Frisco Commons. Vendors may choose to attend either the 2:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. session.
