Frisco Freedom Fest attracts thousands of attendees for Independence Day activities each year, and we invite quality vendors to apply for this 4.5-hour event on July 4. As a food and beverage vendor, you will keep 100% of your food sales, be provided with power, and have access to a pay-for-use ice service. Food trucks receive single truck space plus 10’ for fire code compliance. Tent vendors receive a 10X10 space, 10X10 white tent with counters, banner, light, 6’ tables and chairs. Tent vendors must reserve enough space to house all equipment and inventory. No equipment or inventory will be allowed outside of your tent. Additional tent space and equipment may be added for a fee. Approved, branded, commercial tents may be used but no discount applies. The quantity of specific food categories may be limited and vendors meeting event standards will be considered on first-come, first-serve basis. Snow Cone vendors are limited to four (4). Completion of this application does not guarantee booth space. Food and beverage vendors will be required to submit and pay a temporary health permit in addition to the application fee. A certificate of liability insurance meeting City of Frisco requirements will be required for all approved vendors no less than one week before event. The required orientation meeting for all participating vendors is Thursday, June 20 at the Grove at Frisco Commons. Vendors may choose to attend either the 2:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. session.
